Villa “Casa Gemelli” in Tuscany!

Our home is situated in a little middleaged village which was called “Campus Leonis” and today named Castelluccio, just outside the town of Arezzo. Villa Casa Gemelli offers you two luxury apartments surrounded by a beautiful large garden with a swimmingpool and solarium all around.

Further a covered dining terrace near the barbecue, where every evening dinner will turn out into a fantastic memory. The Barbagli family and our dogs, hope to welcome you soon!

What can we offer?

Located in Castelluccio, a 10-minute drive from Capolona, Casa Gemelli offers an outdoor pool, a garden with barbecue and self-catering apartments. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Featuring a furnished patio, all accommodation features a TV, a kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower, bidet and free toiletries.

Arezzo is a 15-minute drive from Casa Gemelli, Sansepolcro is 35 km away, while Cortona can be reached in 50 minutes by car.

Tuscan oil is one of the typical products of our region that deserves its place among the excellences of Made in Tuscany, known throughout the world for its goodness.

If you want to experience all the production phases with us, from the olive harvest to tasting it on a slice of bread, you can take advantage of one of our hospitality packages on the days when all this takes place.
